Dear Prospective Supporter,
Welcome to the Vipers Track Club. On behalf of the Vipers Track Club, I am excited to share with you the success of our program and who we are. This is will be our fifthneeth summer in existence, and we are a non-profit, community-based youth development program dedicated to supporting young athletes in their emotional and athletic growth. Our program serves student-athletes ages 8-18 from over 25 cities across central Illinois.
We want to take a moment to introduce you to the VTC, The Vipers Track Club, founded in 2010 in Champaign, IL, with a "pay it forward" mentality. Today, we invest in every student-athlete's natural ability and provide holistic life lessons and training to improve their competition performance and mindset. With three training sites in Champaign, Kankakee, and Ford Heights, IL, and over 85 athletes and counting, the VTC has become one of Illinois's most successful track and field organizations.
As the summer quickly approaches, our roster has rapidly filled with the area’s best athletes, and we need your help. We care about the well-being of young people in our community, and we hope you will consider donating to our program. Your donation will develop technical skills to enhance running and jumping abilities while promoting mental toughness and personal growth. It will also help pay for meet entries, transportation, lodging, and other costs associated with competition. In addition, your donation will help us secure training equipment and uniforms for our club and start a scholarship fund for our at-risk student-athletes who need financial assistance.
With a goal of raising $30,000, we believe in the power of collective effort, where every contribution, regardless of size, propels us closer to our goals. We pledge that your donation will make a meaningful difference, not just in the lives of our young athletes but in the broader tapestry of community and sportsmanship we strive to weave.
Your support is invaluable, and we are profoundly grateful for your consideration and hope to count you among the valued supporters of the Vipers Track Club. Together, we can continue uplifting and transforming young athletes' lives in Illinois.
