The Vipers Programs

At Vipers Track Club, we don’t just train athletes — we build confident, resilient competitors who are prepared to rise to the highest levels of performance both on and off the track. With over 15 years of elite coaching experience and a foundation rooted in purpose-driven development, the Vipers offer year-round programs tailored to meet every athlete’s needs.

 
Our Programs

 

Summer Track Season (May–July)

  • Train 3 days per week with experienced coaches
  • Compete locally, regionally, and nationally through USA Track & Field (USATF)
  • Focus on technical development in sprinting, distance, jumping, and throwing events
  • Travel as a team to high-level competitions, including the USATF Junior Olympics

 

Fall & Winter Training (September–January)

  • Designed for athletes preparing for junior high and high school track seasons
  • Small group sessions with targeted skill and strength development
  • Emphasis on injury prevention, speed mechanics, and conditioning 

 

Private Coaching & Training Plans

  • One-on-one private sessions tailored to your athlete’s specific needs
  • Customized training plans written for all ability levels
  • Pricing varies based on experience and intensity:
    • Private sessions start at $75/hour
    • Advanced or elite sessions up to $100/hour
